Luis Garcia Plaza isn’t afraid of being sacked by Getafe after a 2-0 defeat against Osasuna added to the uncertainty over his position.
An early Oriol Riera goal and a late second from Robert Torres gave the Pamplona side the victory to leave Getafe only a handful of points outside the bottom three and with one League win in their last 10.
“We had all of the ball,” Garcia told his post-match Press conference.
“But it’s three points for them and we’re left in a bad situation, a complicated one.
“We didn’t deserve to lose.
“We lack firepower and if we don’t defend well it complicates everything,” the Coach continued.
“It’s about the head and confidence, then we can play.
“We have had more chances than they did but we’re only human, when we make mistakes this is what happens.”
Garcia added that the team’s bad run of form is playing on his mind.
“The results weigh on you. We’re very aware of them.
“In the end all I can do is work. If I’m fired, nothing happens. It’s football.”
