Unai Emery has warned of ‘the waking beast’ that is Barcelona, as the two prepare to meet this weekend.
The Rojiblancos host the Blaugrana on Sunday evening, and the Coach has claimed that they have to be wary of Tata Martino’s men after their defeat to Valencia last Saturday.
“Hopefully we can avoid waking the beast,” he told reporters. “We've stalled over the last few matches and now we need to start taking every game as it comes.
“Our goal should be to get into Europe and for the time being we're meeting the club’s criteria.
“We have to show more solidity. The team is capable of it – the fact that it has disappeared on occasions is another matter.”
