Rayo Vallecano Coach Paco Jemez has said he is happy with the draw against Levante but knows Rayo need to start winning.
The Madrid side have won only twice in their last 10 League games and the draw at Ciutat de Valencia leaves Rayo in the bottom three, four points adrift of Elche.
Jemez didn’t dismiss the value of the point taken from Les Granotes but agrees that sooner or later, Rayo need to take maximum points from matches.
“A point is good but we came for the victory,” he told reporters after the match.
“Hopefully we can build from here.
“Not conceding a goal on a pitch that bothered us is also positive.
“For us it was a good match.”
Jemez also refused to be drawn on whether or not the result was fair, preferring to comment only on how the match transpired.
“The result is what it is. No one scored today and that’s all it is.”
