Emery ‘frustrated’ by loss

Unai Emery conceded that he was ‘frustrated’ after his Sevilla team lost 3-2 at home to Levante on Saturday.

The Rojiblancos were 2-1 up with 20 minutes to go, but goals from Loukas Vyntra and Simao gave the Granotes all three points, much to the Coach’s annoyance.

“We feel frustrated to have not won,” he told a Press conference. “This was an opportunity for us, but we let it slip.

“We knew we were going to find these problems, and Levante certainly made it complicated for us.

“This game teaches us that we have to be more clinical, more consistent. This is the evidence for that.

“This was a bad loss, but there are lessons we can learn. We’ll certainly be drawing a lot of conclusions from this defeat.”
