Osasuna boss Javi Gracia is expecting a ‘direct and attacking’ Espanyol as his men look for their first win of 2014.
The Rojillos host the Periquitos at El Sadar tomorrow, but the Coach has warned that the Barcelona outfit will be a difficult opponent.
“I expect Espanyol to be direct and attacking tomorrow,” he told a Press conference. “They’re also a very good team on the counter-attack, so it’s going to be tough for us.
“We just have to work hard and try to not let the opponent play.
“We come out of the Christmas break with belief and optimism. This is a major opportunity for us, but we have to be tougher to play.
“A win on Sunday is key to our ambitions.”
