Spain boss Vicente del Bosque has admitted that his men deserved to lose to South Africa on Tuesday.
La Roja went down 1-0 to Bafana Bafana this evening, and the Coach has conceded that the hosts were the better team.
“Maybe we deserved defeat,” he briefly told reporters after the match at Johannesburg.
“We came out with good intentions and we fought right until the end.
“I can’t have any complaints about our efforts, but they worked a bit harder and were a bit better than us tonight.”
