Emery desperate to end away hoodoo

Unai Emery has urged his Sevilla side to go to Espanyol tomorrow and come away with all three points.

The Rojiblancos travel to Barcelona on Sunday to face the Periquitos, looking for their first away win in over a calendar year.

“We have to try and translate our hard work on the training pitch into away wins,” he told a Press conference.

“That’s the challenge we face and we have to focus on getting the three points.

“We want continuity in the side, but we’re playing a lot of games in a short space of time.

“Tomorrow we’re going to have to have players that are fresh physically and mentally, because Espanyol will pose a real challenge.

“If we want to win we’re going to have to be at our best.”
