Sevilla boss Unai Emery has warned his men against complacency when they face Slovan Liberec tomorrow.
The Rojiblancos host the Czech side in the Europa League on Thursday evening, and the Coach has warned that the Eastern European opponents will not be an easy proposition.
“The most important thing is that we win tomorrow,” he told a Press conference. “We want to win so that can cement our place at the top of the table.
“We know that we’re going to have to play well if we want to come away with three points. We’re going to have to defend and attack with purpose.
“We know we’re not where we want to be in the League, but hopefully that won’t affect our form in this competition.
“They are going to play the way they want to play – they’ll counter and try to use their physical presence.
“It’ll take patience, but I know that we have the quality to do well tomorrow. We haven’t been doing too well in the League, but our results in the Europa League have been good.
“This is a great opportunity to build some momentum – and with our fans behind us, I believe it can happen.”
