Javi Gracia claimed that his Osasuna side’s 0-0 draw with Barcelona on Saturday ‘tasted like a victory’.
The Rojillos halted the Blaugrana’s 100 per cent record in the League this season with a goalless draw at El Sadar.
And the Coach admitted afterwards that he was delighted with his men.
“We are really pleased with the point,” he told a Press conference. “To be the first team to stop Barcelona winning tastes like a victory.
“We knew they would create chances, but we were confident that we could close down the space at the back.
“I’m happy with how we worked and developed as the game went on. It’s given us a point but it feels like a victory.
“We needed the fans support and we got it in spades. We are indebted to them. This is a point I want to share with all my fans.”
