Nacho Monreal believes that Spain’s match with Georgia will be similar to their game with Belarus last week.
La Roja defeated the Belarusians 2-1 on Friday, and the defender has claimed that Temuri Ketsbaia’s men will pose a similar challenge as they go into the game knowing the a point will be enough to take them to the World Cup.
“Beforehand, it will be a match similar to the one against Belarus,” he told a Press conference.
“They will close up and the solution is to continue being ourselves, that philosophy which has given us a lot of success and we have to keep that idea in mind.
“Afterwards there will be variables of more or less attack, but we have to keep the same idea."
The Arsenal man concluded by commenting on Diego Costa’s potential inclusion in the Spain squad.
"He's at a great level, if they give him the chance we would be happy and would welcome him."
