Adrian Lopez has received the medical all clear at Atletico Madrid today and is now free to resume full training.
The forward was forced to undergo minor facial surgery midway through September after a collision with an opponent during Atleti’s Champions League win over Zenit St Petersburg left him with a fractured cheekbone.
After a 20-day lay-off, the 25-year-old has today been given the all-clear to return to the field and to resume full training.
