Leo Baptistao has praised his Atletico Madrid teammates after they claimed a 3-1 win over Zenit St Petersburg.
The capital club beat the Russians at Vicente Calderon this evening, with the Brazilian striker coming off the bench and scoring his first ever Champions League goal.
“The team did really well tonight,” he told reporter after the game.
“We played the game that Simeone wanted us to.
"Zenit have great players and we expected no less from them."
