Sergio Busquets has continued his recovery from injury today, by rejoining the main group in Barcelona’s morning training.
The midfielder was a late withdrawal from Spain’s squad to play Finland and Chile this fortnight, having suffered a thigh injury playing for Barca in Week 3’s League win at Valencia.
Indications are that Busquets’ recovery is now continuing as planned, as he rejoined teammates not on international duty for Monday morning’s training session at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.
Meanwhile, Dani Alves is continuing work on tendonitis in his right ankle, whilst Carles Puyol is reported by the club as in the final days of his solitary workouts ahead of rejoining the main group.
