Barcelona youngster Cristian Tello has admitted he is delighted to have signed a new long-term deal with the club.
The forward signed a contract extension last week, tying himself to Camp Nou until 2018, and the 22-year-old has conceded his happiness, despite not gaining my first team opportunities for the Blaugrana.
"I'm happy about my situation. Every player wants to play more, but I just wait for the chances I get, and I take them,” he told Mundo Deportivo.
“Comparisons with Henry? It's a huge compliment. I'm still far from what he has achieved, hopefully I can achieve the same."
“I always wanted to stay. I talked to the Coach and he said he believes in me and that I shouldn't think twice."
