Malaga boss Bernd Schuster has revealed what attribute he looks for most in his players.
The German Coach has started his Boquerones career with just one point from three games, and the tactician has told a local paper what skill his team needs to succeed.
“Anticipation,” he said to Malaga Hoy. “A big man is one who anticipates – someone who is able to see the play before it happens.
“It is a gift – something that is very difficult to train.
“Those who have it are the very best. Tactically, as a Coach, it is a huge benefit.
“Players like Zidane, Messi and Iniesta all have it.”
