Iker Muniain has admitted he will be proud to captain Spain’s U21’s against Albania on Monday.
La Rojita face the Eastern European tomorrow in qualification for the 2015 European Championships.
And the Athletic Bilbao has conceded that it will be a tough encounter.
“I am proud to be captain,” he told a Press conference. “I’m delighted to be the representative for this team.
“But that’s not the important thing though. The important thing is to win.
“We have an exciting generation of players who can achieve great things.
“I’ve not had the chance to see Albania yet, but I’m sure they’ll be a complicated team.”
