Portugal boss Paulo Bento has claimed Cristiano Ronaldo is ‘from another planet’ after socring a hat-trick against Northern Ireland.
The Real Madrid forward netted three times at Windsor Park to give his side a 4-2 win, which also saw him reach 43 goals – the second-highest in the Seleccao’s history.
“Cristiano Ronaldo is from another planet,” he told reporters.
“He is already the second-best scorer in Portugal history, which is crazy because he is still young.”
