Real Betis midfielder Joan Verdu has claimed that his side are going to Santiago Bernabeu this weekend looking for a win.
The Verdiblancos face Real Madrid in their opening game of the Liga campaign, and the veteran has insisted that his team can come away with three points.
“We have a good team here and we’re eager to get started,” he told reporters. “We have one of the toughest games of the year, but we go there with the intention of winning.
“We want to get three points.
“Playing at Bernabeu and Camp Nou is always difficult for any away side, but we believe we can go there and win – playing without fear.”
