Cesc Fabregas may only miss one week of action following an ankle sprain at the weekend, and could be available for the Liga opening.
The midfielder limped out of the Blaugrana’s game with a Malaysia XI on Saturday after twisting his ankle.
The Spain international was then pulled out of the Roja squad for the friendly against Ecuador on Wednesday, but according to Sport, the 26-year-old could be fit to return by next weekend.
