Real Sociedad had to settle for a 1-1 draw with Premier League side Norwich at Carrow Road on Tuesday.
The Canaries opened the scoring inside 10 minutes thanks to debutant Ricky van Wolfswinkel, but Carlos Vela was at hand to grab an equaliser midway through the second half.
La Real now travel to Southampton to play Mauricio Pochettino’s side on Saturday.
