Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal has claimed that the team are improving all the time ahead of the new season.
Los Blancos defeated Everton 2-1 on Saturday evening to progress to the final of the Guinness International Champions Cup.
And the youngster has insisted that the intensity of the game will stand them in good stead.
“The team is improving,” he told the club’s official website. “You can see that we have more than two weeks of training and have played a few matches and we are picking up the rhythm.
“The opposition made things difficult and it was a tough match, but the important thing is to pick up the pace and be in form for the start of the League season.”
