David Mateos could be set to leave Real Madrid this summer with Hungarian outfit Ferencvaros reportedly in line for his signature.
The 26-year-old member of Madrid’s subsidiary outfit Castilla has been training this summer with the senior squad, taking part in their friendly schedule also.
Whilst out with the rest of staff for the club’s US leg of 2013-14’s preparations, though, Mateos could leave the group imminently to return to Madrid.
It is believed that Hungarian side Ferencvaros have come in for the centre-back and have tabled a three-year contract that he is seen to be considering.
Mateos, who has a year left on his current deal, has reportedly already come to an agreement with Madrid that he will leave this summer.
The player has recently had loan spells with AEK and Real Zaragoza.
