Espanyol striker Christian Stuani believes that the Periquitos are in for an ‘important year’.
The Cornelia-El Prat side finished the 2012/13 campaign in 13th place, but the Uruguay striker is confident that his side can be more competitive this time around.
“We are starting from scratch,” he told terra.es. “We are refining details from last year and trying to get into the rhythm of competition.
“Everyone knows this is an important year for us.
“Personally, I just want to learn new things and improve every day.
“It’s going to be a very hard and very competitive season.”
