Former Real Betis man Benat Etxebarria has admitted he can't wait to get started after signing a five-year contract with Athletic Bilbao.
The playmaker, who rejoins the team he left as a youngster, has conceded that Coach Ernesto Valverde was a big pull for him.
“I want to thank the club for the effort they have made,” he told a Press conference.
“Playing for Athletic has been a dream of mine since childhood. I am happy to play in this jersey in Nuevo San Mames.
“What attracts me most is the new Coach, the new stadium and the team we have for next year.”
