Spain to make 10 changes?

Vicente del Bosque has hinted in training with Spain that he could make as many as 10 changes to the line-up to face Tahiti.

La Roja are expected to comfortably win their second group game of the Confederations Cup against the nation ranked 138th in the world.

Speculation earlier in the week was that a full line-up change may take place against the team that lost 6-1 to Nigeria in their opening Group B game.

La Roja’s latest training session held overnight on Tuesday, once more at Vasco de Gama’s ground, has indicated that this may be the case, with only Sergio Ramos seen as likely to keep his place from Sunday’s game against Uruguay.

Del Bosque’s work indicated that everyone who was benched for the 2-1 win over the South Americas, bar Pepe Reina and Jesus Navas, will be introduced into the starting line-up for Thursday’s game at the Maracana.
