Zinedine Zidane has reportedly urged Real Madrid President Florentino Perez to move fast to sign Malaga’s Isco, amid interest from Manchester City.
Isco has been linked with both clubs this summer, with it believed that whilst Madrid had initiated talks, City have also been in contact with the Malaga forward.
Departing Malaga Coach Manuel Pellegrini, who has just taken over at Eastlands, is also understood to have already taken steps to assure Isco that if he were to follow him to Manchester, then he would be guaranteed a starting role.
It is a situation that has Zidane reportedly keen to get Madrid back into the chase as soon as possible.
AS report that the Frenchman, in determining his role in a meeting with Perez this week, also took the opportunity to advise that the President act sooner rather than later to try and pick up the 21-year-old.
