PSG eye Ronaldo for Ancelotti?

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly open to allowing Real Madrid access to Carlo Ancelotti, if they can talk to Cristiano Ronaldo in return.

According to L’Equipe, the Parisians’ effective owner Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, who heads the investment fund that has a majority share, is unhappy with Madrid’s initial interest in trying to take Ancelotti this summer.

However, whilst Al-Thani is keen to keep a hold of the Italian Coach for next season, he is reportedly in talks with Madrid President Florentino Perez in a bid to take advantage of the situation.

With a €100m offer in tow, it is understood that Al-Thani is willing to allow Madrid to negotiate with Ancelotti, if his club can begin negotiations with Ronaldo.

The Portuguese has on and off been linked with a possible move to the Parc des Princes in recent months, as contract renewal talks at the Santiago Bernabeu reputedly fail to progress.
