Lucas Alcaraz praised his Granada players for the effort they produced to come away from Real Sociedad with a point on Monday.
Week 35’s closing fixture saw La Real pegged back with a last-minute equaliser, for Granada to leave Anoeta with a point for their continued fight against relegation.
“It was a result forged by the 14 players, with a huge effort,” enthused Alcaraz post-match.
“I believe that the team did not lose face against a Real side that have thrashed Barcelona, Valencia and Malaga this season.
“Survival? Our next match against Osasuna will remain as tense and important as before. We hope for the fans’ engagement in the game.”
