Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone believes that his side's game against Barcelona is good preparation for the Copa del Rey final.
The Rojiblancos face the Blaugrana on Sunday, before they play Real Madrid next Friday in the Cup final.
And the Argentine Coach has claimed that it is an important week for his club.
“It is an important game for us next Friday,” he told reporters. “But tomorrow is also a big game.
“We have a responsibility to do the right thing and play well.
“We will put out a competitive team and try to play a good game.
“We care about the result against Barcelona – we care about how we do in all competitions.
“Barcelona are a formidable team. They have been the best in recent years, and will go down in history as such.
“If you want to be competitive, what better game than Barcelona?”
