Abel Resino encouraged his Celta Vigo players after their 4-1 defeat to Sevilla, telling them that they did do well in their performance.
The Galicians are left in the bottom three after this Week 26 defeat and still two points from safety.
“The team has done good things. The result has been very hard because at 2-1 we could have then scored again,” Resino reflected post-match.
“The game was over when it went to 3-1, but we were against a good team like Sevilla.
“We had good moments and for me the team has competed very well and caused Sevilla problems, but football is punishing too and in the end the game has been long.”
