Florentino Perez has sent a message to Jose Mourinho and the Real Madrid players to not give up on the League title.
The President addressed the football team and the club’s basketball team on Monday evening at their annual get-together for a Christmas meal.
Where Coach Mourinho suggested that the club were out of the League title race on Sunday after a 2-2 draw with Espanyol eventually left them 13 points adrift of Barcelona, Perez has asserted otherwise.
“Together we can achieve what we have set out to. Real Madrid never gives up its sporting principles, however difficult it may be to face the challenges,” delivered Perez to his staff.
“One must not surrender in sport or in life or in challenges together.”
