Real Madrid President Florentino Perez has given his full support to Coach Jose Mourinho, despite rumours of his departure.
Reports had suggested that the Portuguese tactician could leave the Santiago Bernabeu at the end of the campaign, with Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City the most likely suitors.
But the 65-year-old board leader has claimed that Los Blancos have 'the best Coach in the world'.
“I want to express my appreciation, my confidence in your work and my love,” he told a Press conference.
“We have the best Coach in the world, with an impressive track record and a demand to win more than any other.
“Mourinho has endured attacks and unfair insults – some of them affecting his dignity as a person.
“We have built a dream team, a team playing spectacular football with the ability to achieve all our goals.
“For Real Madrid there are no unattainable goals, and the players and the Coach know that.”
