Mauricio Pellegrino apparently did not take his dismissal at Valencia very well, blasting the club’s President as a ‘wimp’.
Pellegrino was informed after Los Che’s 5-2 defeat on Saturday evening by Manuel Llorente that he was being sacked, after just 21 games in charge.
According to Grada360, the former defender did not hold back in his reaction to Llorente in the Valencia dressing room.
“You’re a wimp and always will be,” Pellegrino is reported to have responded to the President. The out-of-work tactician later blasted Llorente in a Press conference for sacking him ‘unfairly’ and ‘out of fear’.
