‘Espanyol dugout of no concern’

Granada boss Juan Antonio Anquela has claimed that he is not bothered about Espanyol's change of Coach as the two meet this Sunday.

Javier Aguirre replaced Mauricio Pochettino earlier this week at Estado Cornelia-El Prat, but the 55-year-old has insisted that he is concentrating purely on the players, not on the dugout.

“I care more about their players than their Coach,” he told a Press conference. “Espanyol are a team that have done good things for a long time and have very good players all over the pitch.

“They may be in trouble [in terms of League position], but I think that makes them more dangerous. We are going to have to up our game if we want to win.

“I just hope we have a good 90 minutes, because there have been games this season where we have stopped being ourselves for 10 or 15 minutes in the match.”
