Rayo Vallecano defender Tito has hailed his side's 3-2 win over Celta Vigo at the weekend as 'a key game'.
Goals from Leo, Piti and Tito himself, were enough to give the Franjirrojos their fifth win of the season – a victory that sees them move up to seventh in the table.
And the 27-year-old right-back believes those come-from-behind three points could be crucial come the end of the season.
“It was an important win in a key game,” he told the club's official website. “We were playing at home and had to win.
“When they were 2-0 up I thought it was important for us to at least score. But at the end, when we'd won, it was incredible.
“We have gradually corrected any weaknesses we had at the start of the season, and have slowly gained more confidence as a team.”
