Diego Simeone has insisted that Atletico Madrid's 3-1 victory over Osasuna at Vicente Calderon was 'a fair result'.
Goals from Miranda, Raul Garcia and Radamel Falcao were enough to give Los Rojiblancos the three points, and the Argentine Coach believes it was the right result.
“It was a tough match against a good opponent,” he told a Press conference. “An opponent who we knew would put us under pressure and play the right way.
“I think it was the right result though.”
He also commented on the club's impressive start to the season, as well as the performance of the players.
“We must not deviate from our path,” he said. “If we do, we will have problems.
“Today's match confirms the strength of the group. I always talk about the group, not the individual. And the group has done well.”
