Barcelona defender Marc Bartra has thanked Coach Tito Vilanova for giving him his debut this season against Celtic.
The 21-year-old made his first start under the new boss at Camp Nou in the 2-1 European win, and the former Barcelona B man as admitted it was a proud moment.
“This is one of the happiest days since I've been at the club,” he told the club's official website. “As a youth player, you work years for these moments.
“Tito has helped me a lot over the past few days. He has found the right moment to let me make my debut this season.”
