Del Bosque: Easy from the start

Spain Coach Vicente Del Bosque has congratulated his side after their 4-0 win over Belarus in Minsk on Friday.

A hat-trick from Pedro and an early strike from Jordi Alba sealed a win for La Roja, and the 61-year-old tactician has praised his team, calling it 'easy from the start'.

“It was a good game, very complete,” he told rfef.es. “The players felt very comfortable from the beginning. They have played with intensity, and recovered the ball very well. The talent and quality has done the rest.

“We were much better [than Belarus]. We did not stop playing, and they could not live with our football.

“Pedro is playing very well for his club. He is fresh, dynamic and aggressive in attack. He played well.”

He also commented on the game against France at Vicente Calderon on Tuesday.

“It will be very difficult because France are an extraordinary team. They have strength in depth, and some great players with physical presence. It will be difficult.”
