Celta Vigo defender Andres Tunez is eagerly awaiting travelling away to Granada next weekend, and targets three valuable points.
“We’re going to face a great team but we look forward to this match,” the Venezuelan told reporters today.
“Granada owes us for two years ago, when they were victorious in the play-offs for promotion.”
Celta, who defeated Getafe this weekend, are currently four points and eight position ahead of Granada, who lost at Barcelona in Week 5.
Even so, Tunez is not fooled by the challenge that awaits his side next Sunday lunchtime.
“We are not giving importance to the atmosphere there. It is going to be a difficult game because we certainly expect a hostile reception, but we always like to play in these situations.
“We have to try to forget everything that happens off the field and not to respond to any provocations.
“Granada are an experienced team and they are coming off the back of a big game against Barcelona. At home it will be very difficult to take points from them, but we are playing very good football and we can create a lot of chances.
“It is important to win this game, for survival and the end of the League. Now begins the important stage, this is a game in our League.”
