Postiga sees quieter Zaragoza season

Helder Postiga believes that Real Zaragoza are equipped enough to enjoy a ‘quieter’ season in La Primera in comparison to last year.

The Aragonese spent a majority of 2011-12 occupying a relegation spot and only guaranteed their League status after a notable comeback in the closing weeks of the season and a final day win.

“I believe we will have a quieter season that last year,” reflected the Portuguese to reporters today, in reflection of last season’s efforts.

“We have important players here that are going to help us a lot, and they will bring many things to the team, they are very important.

“When I arrived in Zaragoza, I promised work and to help the team and I still have that same mindset, to give the most for the club and the shirt, and to help with work and goals, if possible.”

The striker reflected on how he sees the team shaping up to have that quieter season he hopes for.

“You have to start by defending well at the back, and by starting to play from the goalkeeper outwards and then like everyone else, we like to attack.

“If we do things like this then we will collect more wins and earn more points.”
