Russian club Anzhi Makhachkala are reportedly interested in Atletico Madrid forward Radamel Falcao.
The 26-year-old goalscorer has courted interest from a number of top European clubs, but A Bola are claiming it is the Russian Premier League outfit – who last year made Samuel Eto'o the best-paid footballer in the world – that have ramped up the pressure on Atletico.
Guu Hiddink's side have allegedely offered €68m for the striker's services.
Colombia international Falcao scored 21 goals in 34 league games for Diego Simeone's side last season, whilst also helping them to the Europa League title.
The former Porto man has attracted attention from the likes of Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea over the summer.
Anzhi currently sit seventh in the Russian top flight, and are due to play AZ Alkmaar in a Europa League play-off this Thursday.
