Aubameyang considers Spain move

Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is considering leaving the club and admitted he finds the Spanish league 'attractive'.

The 27-year-old striker has found the net 16 times in 15 Bundesliga matches this campaign and confessed he was weighing up his future in northern Germany, with a move to Spain his preferred destination.

“I really like the Spanish league and find it attractive,” Aubameyang told RMC.

"Forget Real Madrid. There has been too much talk surrounding that. There is more to life than just Real, even if it does remain a dream of mine."

The Gabonese striker then went on to discuss rumours he may be heading to England or to France, while there have also been reports of a move to China.

"A lot of people would like to see me in England," he added. "This is not necessarily the league that attracts me the most though.

"The French league is clearly developing. It is really pleasing to see – Paris, for me, is above everyone else in France. When they come for you, it is always attractive.

"It is France. I know the league well. It is my mother tongue. Inevitably, there is an attraction for me. A return? It might not be my first choice but of course it is not impossible."
