Barcelona are tracking the situation of Marco Verratti at PSG after recent rumours of a falling out with Unai Emery, according to reports in Spain.
The Italian central midfielder was not happy after being substituted off by boss Emery on the hour mark of his side's scoreless draw with Marseille on Sunday and showed his displeasure on the touchline.
"What is this? Am I bad? Did I say something bad?", the 23-year-old reportedly shouted at the coach, who moved to calm the situation after the game.
"It's normal that the players get angry. They want to play and are frustrated with the score, but it's my decision and I do what is best for the team – it's character and it's good."
This exchange prompted Catalan newspaper Diario Sport to suggest that Barca are monitoring the situation with a view to a possible future move.
