Emery suffers first PSG loss

Unai Emery suffered his first defeat as Paris Saint-Germain boss on Sunday, going down 3-1 at Monaco.

The former Sevilla and Valencia Coach had guided the French champions to two wins out of two in their latest Ligue 1 title defence, but their 100 per cent record has come to an end.

Goals by Joao Moutinho and Henrique Fabinho put the hosts two goals up at half time, before an Edinson Cavani strike gave Emery and PSG hope.

However, an own goal by Serge Aurier ten minutes from time sealed the win for Monaco and left Les Rouge-et-Bleu in fifth place heading into the international break.
