The agent of Marc Bartra has denied any negotiations for the defender to leave Barcelona and join Serie A side Napoli.
Mundo Deportivo reports Javier Diaz taking to Twitter to correct rumours that had Bartra bound for San Paolo.
“I represent Marc. The information is not true,” Diaz wrote.
“Marc has not negotiated with any team. He never had any intention of leaving.”
It was suggested a transfer worth €12m and €3m in bonuses, €13m and €2m in bonuses or €14m outright was about to be signed off.
