Pedro could still quit Barca

Pedro Rodriguez is still considering his future at Barcelona despite signing a new contract in early June.

Mundo Deportivo reports that the renewed deal completed on June 4 is no guarantee the winger is happy with his lot at Camp Nou.

MD add that Pedro hasn’t accepted he is secondary to Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar and could push to leave this summer or in the winter market of 2016.

Pedro is expecting to be less involved next season as Suarez is available from the start, having been suspended until late October last year.

His previous deal was due to expire in 2016 and it’s felt the new contract benefits both Pedro and Barca, as it at least secures his future and promises that if he does leave, Barca will receive a significant fee.

Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea are all mentioned as suitors for the Spain international, who is also concerned for his place in the Spain side with Euro 2016 only a year away.
