Barcelona’s Dani Alves has announced that he will not make a decision on his future until after the Champions League final on June 6.
The right-back called a Press conference on Monday to seemingly confirm his departure from Camp Nou, but he maintained he was keeping his options open for the time being.
“I don’t know whether I’ll be here next season. There are still many beautiful things to achieve [this season],” he said.
“I have a contract until June 30 and will give everything to the fans who love and appreciate me and Bacelona.
“I’m just thinking about enjoying these two finals and becoming a champion [in these competitions] again.
“Hopefully we can [win these finals] and make history. From there [after June 7], I’ll announce my decision.
“I’m still pondering over a few options, but I won’t make a decision until after the Champions League final.”
