Newcastle United are being linked with a move for Levante midfielder Victor Camarasa this summer, according to the Mirror.
The Spain Under-21 international has been indentified as one of La Liga’s emerging talents by the Magpies and they are understood to be lining up a bid of around €7m to bring him to St James’ Park.
Camarasa, 20, has been in impressive form for Los Granotes this season and has made 16 appearances in Spain’s top flight, scoring against Eibar and Granada, whilst also getting four Copa del Rey games under his belt.
Although his six-year contract at the Ciutat de Valencia expires in June 2019, it is believed that Levante are ready to sell Camarasa to ease their financial difficulties should they receive a suitable offer.
However, Newcastle may face competition from Sevilla and a host of clubs from Italy.
