Filipe Luis has been training with the Atletico Madrid reserve side as he pushes for a move to Chelsea.
AS reports that the left-back is becoming desperate to move to Stamford Bridge and pulled up in training with a fever.
Diego Simeone didn’t look kindly on Filipe’s withdrawal and when he returned, the Brazilian was sent to train with the Atleti second string, made up of players from the youth team.
Atletico have tried to retain Filipe, offering a new contract, but signed Guilherme Siqueira as a replacement and will eventually let Filipe go.
Chelsea could be asked to pay €22m, slightly under Filipe’s release clause, as Atletico have decided it’s better that he leaves as questions arise over his attitude.
