Jagoba Arrasate admitted that his Real Sociedad side’s 4-3 defeat to Almeria on Monday was ‘a step back’.
The Erreala came from behind twice during the 90 minutes, but conceded a last minute winner to lose agonisingly at Juegos Mediterraneos.
“After coming back twice it was a shame that we couldn’t just end it there,” he told a Press conference.
“The fourth goal was a blow and the result is a step back.
“We did many things well, but we made too many mistakes at the back. We’ve lost points that we thought we had.
“If you score three goals away from home you expect to come away with something. But we defended very badly.”
